Operation method & Precautions

• Put 3ml of pure urine into an ampoule with 0.5ml reagent, shake it up and rest for 3-5 minutes, compare the color of precipitate with standard color board to decide the result.
• The reagent is of strong corrosiveness, so take special care while using. Please wash with suds if spill onto the skin or clothing. Wash with clean water at once if spill into the eyes, consult the doctor if necessary.
• If the result is positive, must get rid of all disturbances within three days (do not drink alcohol or take various medicines, drink less water, eat less food and health products with high protein and homoamino acid) and recheck. If the result is still positive, go to relevant special hospital for detailed examination.
• In the event that the color of precipitate is green or sage green interfered by icterus, tests shall be made after disappearance of the icterus.
• For innocent tumour patients including hyperplasia of mammary glands and cystis, the result of test by URC shall be negative, failing which, positive reaction is to foreshow the possibility of malignancy. Hence the patients shall be monitored by URC reagent regularly with appropriate measures taken to attach great importance in evolution of the tumors.
• For gastritis and gastric ulcer patients accompanied by infection of helicobacter pylori, caution to stomach cancer at early stage shall be taken into account in case positive reaction is shown by URC. Unless canceration, the patients shall be monitored by URC reagent regularly after extermination of helicobacter pylori and given great importance in evolution of the gastrosis.
• Positive reaction is shown in no hurry for cancer patients (most of all for cancer patients at late stage) losing responsiveness under the circumstance that nutrition of patients have been severely consumed in the course of a variety of medical treatments.
