Pepper Extract
Pepper originates from South East Asia. It is cultivated in Southern area of China such as Fu Jian, Taiwan, Guang Dong, Hai Nan, Guang Xi, Yun Nan and other provinces. There are two types of pepper, one of which the skins of mature fruit spikes are peeled off and dried under sun, these are called white pepper; while those nearly mature fruits which are collected and dried under sun directly or baked dry, are called black pepper.

Medicinal effects
Pepper can treat indigestion, enteritis, bronchitis, flu and rheumatism and etc; it can be used as gastric enhancer, antipyretic, diuretics and stimulant for bronchial mucosa. Pepper can also be used as preservatives in food processing.
